BBM:

“It’s a great follow-up game for us to have off the back of Wimbledon,” Brian began. “It’s a tough game in a tough environment, against a team who are very hard to play against in their own stadium.

“I’ve played that kind of a role myself, so I understand the uniqueness of it in football, so to go to that stadium against the supporters of that team is going to be a great challenge for us to produce a performance like we did on Tuesday and give ourselves a chance to win the game.”

“The most important thing for us on Tuesday was to show that we’d improved since Port Vale.

“It’s been referenced at how happy we were to get the result we did at Port Vale, and how keen we were to improve on certain aspects of the performance.“

BBM INJURIES:

Providing an injury update following Ollie Tanner’s first-half withdrawal against the Dons, Brian added: “Ollie’s damaged ligaments in his ankle and there’s a small fracture in his fibula, so we expect he’s out of action for four months.

"We’ll have a meeting with a specialist in the next few days and decide on an exact course of treatment from there.

“Perry [Ng] and Alex [Robertson] are getting closer. If not for Saturday then on Tuesday I hope they’ll be ready for selection.

"How much time they can play over those games will be assessed over the coming days, but we expect them in full training over today and tomorrow.”

The word quality? Does that mean championship clubs would release there quality players on loan? Don't thinks so this has be be premier teams because they obviously have quality prem youngsters but what worries me are they actually better than what we have? We obviously need reinforcements in certain positions we know what they are so hopefully bbm does to I'm concerned he says chambers is a centre back hmm nope wrong he's the worst so with the quality that bbm says he wants could they be happy being on the bench? Expecially if our youngsters play to there ability so far they have if we signed no one would anyone be happy with no signings?

I agree there's a need for signings, I think we need 3 or 4.

But not going to write off any potential signings until we've seen them play a few.

There were some who doubted the Trott signing but he's had a decent start.

I just hope we can get 3 or 4 that improve the squad before the deadline.

Well he’s said it again - and it’s put there as a direct quote so we have to have faith in him as our manager.

Quality in the the managers mind is good enough for me, be they ex prem, academy or more experienced in the the lower leagues.

Agree worcester we need Signings mainly as cover but also if they better than what we have otherwise what's the point? Bbm does worry me about chambers he isn't a centre back and I won't be happy if he's chosen as one

Loved the bit where he said they show the players clips of the fans celebrating goals so the players can see what it means to us

This guy just gets it and is the reason I belive he is the man to lead us back up the leagues

Well you answered your own question before you asked it, they don't need to be better than what we have if we're signing them as cover. So that would be the point.
