Gabriele Biancheri on a season long loan

Wed Aug 20, 2025 4:58 pm

Rumour on twitter.

Was with us before being poached by United and the rubbish system.

Not sure how he’s done there but I’m sure he’s been in the u21s.

Him and an experienced winger and we’re okay up top I reckon.

He would be an outstanding addition but he'd want guaranteed football. Who do you drop Salech or Robinson? Thats the problem. If Robinson leaves then yes, that would be perfect.

I agree. Could he play on the wing or is he an out and out striker?

It was reported yesterday that Man Utd are going to loan him out with L1 and L2 clubs interested.

So could be guesswork that it's us because he was involved with us in the past.

But I'd be excited to watch him if he did join us, scored for fun for their academy teams.

He wont be 19 until September so I don't think he or United would want a guaranteed start, just a regular part of the match day squad, getting a reasonable amount of game time. He was with us for years, born in Cardiff and presumably still has family ties here. Add in the fact that he would be part of a young squad which is second in the League and has an experienced manager of young players. If we want him and United are looking to loan him to a League One team I cant see who else would else in this League would be able to compete with us. Bolton or Stockport maybe as United keep keep a close eye on him
