VOTE MAN of the MATCH v Wimbledon (Away)

Vote your Man of the Match versus Wimbledon (Away on Tuesday 19th August 2025)

Some decent performances out there but with a late winner from Isaak Davies that made the difference

Kpakio did well again, as did Rubin Colwill and Tanner whilst he was on

I would have probably gone for Ollie Tanner, if he’d stayed on, but for me, it had to be Nathan Trott was in control of his goalmouth and made a tremendous game-saving save at the end! :ayatollah:

What do you think? :ayatollah:

That save at the end was top drawer.

Trott.

For me could of been 1 of 5 or 6 again which I'm loving to see. But I though Joel bagan was superb tonight. With colwill brothers close 2nd

Most of the team played well for most of the game. Trott made a vital save, but for me, Fish and Lawlor were excellent in the centre of our (much criticised) defence. I’ll go for Fish.

I went Joe colwill I said he would replace turnbull as murphy may have wanted a fighter in the middle for this game and turnbull maybe more suited for Luton game

I have to say although Kpakio is a talented player I do worry about his defensive play, several times tonight he got caught out with a ball over the top and he's struggling to to get back. I know Bellamy has said he will be an exceptional player. I don't know whether BBM has told him to be an inverted full back but there were times tonight when he left Fish with nobody to play the ball out wide to so had to go the other way or try to play a pass through the middle which is usually congested
tested.

Totally agree with you 100 per cent so far I'm not convinced by him

Joel Colwill by a small margin over many others, like his brother Rubin, Salech, Fish and so many others. It was an excellent Team performance in other words. But Cardiff played some delightful football and their manager called us a 'possession based team'. Who would have thunk it. And there's no going back - this guy is not going to become a Warnock.
