Your favourite current player for Cardiff City?

But saw a post on social media asking "Who is your favourite current Cardiff City player?"

Rubin Colwill

Always been defending Rubin so not stopping now. Must admit I am one eyed in respect to our kids

I do think Wintle has had a bad press and is a lot better than some give him credit for, I have always rated him.

I picked out Turnbull as the best player on the pitch on Saturday, but Wintle had his best game for a long time.

The key is he's being played as a six and the manager clearly has told him to just do the simple stuff, and he's doing well there. Other managers have asked him to do stuff he isn't good at.

But for nearly all home games we'll have this season, where we'll dominate the ball, he's perfect in that position.

Salech for me, he's still only young but I love how he roughs it up with the defenders like a seasoned pro

I agree, as Ralls lost mobility, he tended to sit, and they got in each other's way, but left too much space in front of them. Now he has 2 technical midfielders in space in front of him with 2 wingers.
He was an OK when asked to be a standard 8, but thats not his game. BBM's System suits him perfectly.

I was away on Saturday. Where did Turnbull play? Was it 2 attacking midfielders?

Rubin and Kpakio

I love Tanner. However he performs, he always runs his nuts off for us and gives his best. He never lets us down with effort, so I would always play him.

Tanner is so important to us, especially for away games to lock his side up. He's such a great team player. He's honest enough to admit when he doesn't perform too, but that's never because of lack of effort.

I hope he can chip in with some more goals and assists this season.

Rubin. By a mile.

Wintle for me he's the oldest head there in the middle starting every game passing and moving to make space to receive the ball again and makes us tick you'd would be surprised how much work he does running wise to keep the ball moving. Sometimes I can sit and just watch a player for ten minutes see what he's actually doing without the ball and monitor them and you'll see what they are instructed to do then if they follow what there told.

Although most are running there nuts off under BBM as that's his way it seems currently. Away games will be different because they will be in our faces so we have to do another option rather than this tippy tappy at the back left to right then back to the goalkeeper like we do at home where it seems to work for now as away we will dilly dally on the ball and concede from mistakes no doubt in some games unless we play a different way Vs some teams which will need changing quickly if you see what's coming when the game starts if that's what happening

I remain undecided this season so for me favourite player all time whitts by a country mile

Rubin Colwill has stepped up a level and is now becoming the player we all thought he could be.
He'd be the first player on my team sheet, but I love the promising signs from Kpakio, Lawlor and Ashford.

Like the way Tanner never stops running.

Trott may turn out to be a brill signing.
