Superb performance yesterday. Great to see. And Robertson and Ng to come back into the equation soon plus new signings. Great to see the wonderful reception given to Mafico yesterday when he clearly found things difficult . So many positives. But one issue. We need to cross the ball more - Salech the Beast is waiting. Less tippy tappy - feed him. Also please shoot more. Still - what a refreshing change from recent years - particularly watching our home grown talent.

Only one stat matters.

To be honest as soon as we play a team away and get pressed who are in our face we lose the ball with the bullshit we play at the back so I'm not counting my chickens yet for doing an arsenal invincibles season

As Swansea found out, stats count for nothing.
They used to have 70% possession a game and only 2 shots at goal.
At least we are finally creating and taking chances which is something we haven’t done for a number of seasons.

Man City made 535 passes against Wolves

Also our pass completion rate was 91% which is brilliant considering we made over 600 passes

Great stats, it was dominant. The shot they had on target was late on from distance too.

These weird anomalies can happen when rounding. For example, if we had 75.5% possession and they had 24.5% possession (which adds up to 100%), they would round to 76% and 25% respectively to the nearest percentage.

Tactics are typical Pep ... obviously the stats support this ....I watch man c a lot and one observation is they dont put ball into penalty area from out wide that often which is our problem for Salech! If look at the 2nd two goals they we're lovely creations ball out wide but then moved inside area frustrating at times but also productive.... The link is obviously bbm.
