I'm certain when the announcer said 60 minutes, the clock was approaching 75 minutes. Did the ref forget about the water break so we had it later than we should have?

No, apparently, it was due half way through the second half or when the referee thought it was the right time. The announcer just mixed his second and minute hands up!
