Good morning all,,,Well on what i have seen and heard so far this season....Nothing changed....Tanner a new contract..What he is a welsh league player..and Willock..no better..And both played on wrong side..And old Colwell...Never done anything over a period off games..And people rave over him,,,Ask craig Bellamy....Bottom of league last year...and Thursday was a replica...
We are a soft touch with no manager,,,going nowhere..no idea..just awfull to watch...As for this site Please stop slagging people off,,no need for it....The Red tw*t should have gone long time ago..With all the liars he has around him..They been killing us for years and this is Massive..As for fans...Some have gone soft and go along with all that goes on regardless...But there some great ..great city fans that still go..I have been going 65years and seen some rubbish.BUT I STILL GO EVERY WEEK..but these clowns are Toxic...Hate them.....
Annis has been saying things on here for years...And he is spot on..Support him dont fight with him....Wish he was owner of our club...Rip every red seat out,,every foreign flag..burnt along with the clowns.....Hope it all changes..and players and manager gets us watching football we can enjoy..with a smile on our face......And all the Clown supporters on Here.....Just fade away.......City till i die........

For me its obvious Tan wants promotion so he can sell the club at a higher price. Thats is all and he is not interested in build on from there.
I have no condidence he is going to do that and we are going nowhere with him. I just wish the cynics would see that. Sadly we still have a divided fan base and I would say a high proportion of us who want him out have lost the fight. We need a strong leadership to protest and we just don't have that atm. Ideally that would be the job of the Trust but we are wasting our time there.

Agree about getting Tan out.
But your comments about the team made me laugh, a bit OTT over one bad game

I mean those Foreign flags are flags many of us were waving to get Tan here.

I totally agree with you, and the op, however, to think along these lines would make us the "cynics", as opposed to the pro "were going to tear this league apart with the current players we have" attitude, that, at least prevailed before this season started. We ALL have opinions, and differing points of view..... Lets All respect that.
Its obvious VT's not going to spend another penny, apart from what he's committed to, to strengthen the squad, and any one of the three or four new "quality players" that our manager talks about will probably have to be self funded.
Let all wait until 19.00hrs on September 1st, and see what happens?

But you mentioned the manager. You can't mention him in relation to the last few years because he wasn't at the club.

One poor performance and the managers useless and players are Welsh league standard. Really? Did you watch the Peterborough game? I appreciate the frustration after last year but get a grip and stop over reacting. Judge the team after ten games but we'll need patience. I doubt we'll be in the top two or maybe not the top 6 but football is not always about instant results. This squad will grow as the season goes on.

The jury is still out for me. (Just like the players) We will have a better idea of what BBM is about after 10 games.
Even so, if we were to go on a losing streak of 4/5 games, then I'm sure the knives would be out.
It still seems like we are playing our under-21s at the moment.
Deffo need some more experienced players in to steady the side.
Chambers as a captain is a bad choice. (personally, I would only have him as a bench player) BBM has let them vote him in? Because he is a popular character with the players, that doesn't make him a good captain. BBM should have had the balls to choose his own.
Time will tell. I'll be there tomorrow night.
TAN OUT!

Well i went when i was 8years old..im 73 now..simple maths......not suspect fact...and i....I hope it changes very soon...because if you want to go forward we need big change....we in division 3 of the football league and it is poor to watch...And i dont put lies on here...Thanks

New season, new manager and a few good young players added to the squad, with the possibility of one or two new faces before the transfer window closes.
At least give the current manager and squad half a dozen matches before the big slag- off!
But I do agree about Tan and company. We will never make the big time again while they run the club.

I beg your pardon, and I take my hat off to you for your unwavering, and loyal support for Cardiff City FC, through thick and thin.
I still totally agree with you though,,,We do need big changes, and we do need it very soon,,, or else we could be looking down a very dark hole, that leads to the dungeon,, in a few very short months ahead.

No problem, and I respect, and enjoy listening to long standing City fans. I love City stats, and Im certain that your first City game v WBA was played on October 18, 1961, a 2-2 draw, Dai Ward and Alan Durban being City's scorers. The crowd recorded was 16819?
The only Gareth (Cyril) Williams I can research played for City the following season (1961/62) but the WBA connection is not clear. No disrespect, but I know from my own personal experience, how facts and figures can get confusing, over a long period of time,,, (in my case, even short ones)!

Yes it was 2-2 draw....where have i got gareth williams mixed up with....will try and find out...Thanks for your help rick.....

I'm not necessarily talking about the OP here but I agree that the way some are going on and on about Thursday is ridiculous and not needed. I acknowledged it was a bad result but under this manager, it's one game very early in the season - that's all.
Worth remembering we have four points after two games which is a decent enough start.
Many people said before the season that they'd judge after ten games, not two.
I expect the same people will go missing if we win on Saturday.
