Maybe the players aren’t willing to come? Maybe other clubs come in for targets? Maybe Choo is negotiating terribly? Tan won’t invest?

Not much BBM can do here other than say what he’s looking for and some players that may fit the bill (also why we use scouts too).

As million says I believe he has his targets but attracting here may be the down fall. He has zero reputation in football management so that makes things difficult to start with. Also he favors younger players so why would an older more experienced player want to come and sit on the bench if he’s lucky. But who knows it could be anything, but I’m sure he is trying.

We just have to be patient I guess.

Head coaches don’t chase agents, write up contracts, offer how much they’ll be paid and for how long.

BBM can’t do any more than he has. Not sure you understand who are involved in player transfers and negotiations.

It’s simple mate, their is no money available for him to buy so struggling to look for loans.

He’s possibly very stubborn as well. Been used to getting the cream at Man City. Unwilling to accept he can’t always get what he wants everytime unfortunately. Hes in the big bad world of football management now front and centre. Not in the background at a mega rich club that the best players in the world want to play for. He’s learning his trade, let’s hope he learns quick before it costs us again. I believe he will.
