Pretty sure he was linked with us a couple of seasons back.
His delivery from corners was fantastic last night, always looked dangerous from them.
We played a couple of short corners against Peterborough and delivery yesterday was dreadful. Just get in the box for salech
Would you take a punt on him? Cheeky little bid(not sure if he has only just signed for vale) but he always looked dangerous.
Trott was excellent stopping his ball across goal. And I’m confident that trott and turner will be battling for the gk spot and that would t bother me.
The game yesterday may just be a wake up call for the boys and I think BBM and themselves will learn from it. Ball retention against teams like that won’t work, I said to my father in law we will struggle with a team that press and it showed last night, we need to be quicker. Peterborough was a breathe of fresh air but last night was poor, but 2 points per game so far would leave us on 92 points.
I think we will learn from our mistakes and we are still going to be tough to beat. His CB pairing will be vital. It will be a tough season and everyone will want to beat us. We are the biggest team in the the league.
