Team for Swindon?

Spoke to a friend earlier and we agreed to that we should be putting out a team to win this game.

We need to try and get some momentum back before Rotherham.

I would go for something like:

Spiers Lawlor Fish Giles
Turnbull King J Colwill
Nyakuhwa Robinson Ashford

Probably not far off what it will be, Lawlor coming off with a tight hammy probably means he won't play so daland instead

Sorry to say it. But I wouldn’t have Ashford anywhere near the 1st team. He hasn’t seemed interested for a good few matches.
His so static when we have the ball, never see him make an run off the ball at all lately. Only when it’s at his feet.

I think Swindon will be glad to actually compete in the game due to there financial issues.
But i am sure we will go for a strong team....potentially the same team line-up as port vale's match.

Agree, with his pace he should be looking to get in behind the full back as often as possible but he wants the ball to feet constantly.

Agreed. Only rest those that need resting. This team needs minutes and confidence. As strong a team as possible for me.

Strong side with a view to giving game time to those who need the minutes , Barry ,Brian & Murphy need to see what a the squad delivers in competitive games.

A guy who watched them last season as his son was on loan there said they are a very physical side with some big players. I expect a difficult game.

Plus the fact that you can almost guarantee that Ian Holloway will have them "fired up" when they play us.
