Training next week

Forget the intricate playing outside the box. Practice shooting when you see the goalposts and CROSSING the bloody ball. Tanners free kick in the second half was beyond appalling for a professional footballer

And stop colwill running in circles. Missing simple passes allowing the opposition to reset than making the simple pass when they ready.

Wintle also took one late in the game which a parks player would be embarrassed by.

Do they actually do any training?

Need to spend some considerable time next week on

Shooting
Defending and taking corners
Taking throw ins
Crossing
Free kicks

Pretty basic stuff really - all of which were undertaken abysmally last night.

It’s all well and good saying these things, but this is going to take time.

We need a bit more individual quality on the wings who can actually stick in a decent ball, and a couple of hard bastards to allow us to play our game.

I think the biggest problem is the first game of the season vs Peterborough raised expectations.
We all need to take a minute and realise that this was always going to take time.
We’re gonna have some brilliant games, and some poor ones in between. We need to assess where we are after 10 games.

Said since before the first game of the season, really can see us getting stronger the longer the season goes on.

No need to change anything in training.

As BBM said, the main problem was players misinterpreted where they should be and how they should get past the last line.

That just needs to be reinforced while continuing what's being done in training, and I'm sure we'll be back on track against Rotherham.

I think you’re right, let’s hope so!

Sorry but crossing the ball for a winger is a basic. They shouldn’t need time under the new manager. It’s a BASIC. And everyone knows that

The two foul throw ins we done just summed us up tony. It really was laughable watching supposed professional footballer take throw ins and not doing it right

Two games in and the Pep Guardiola's of the forum fresh off there xbox manager games have already written us off. Yeh a poor performance but come on there's another 40 odd games to go and and still over 100 points to get. Fans booing at Port Vale game and criticising and ripping into a young talented right back because he made a mistake.

Its going to be a tough season but lets see where we are in January :bluebird:
