Brian Barry-Murphy:
"The players that didn't start on Saturday have responded well in training on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday is what pleases me.
The Sunday training session is always a big area of focus for me because of the players that miss out and how they react.
That training session was of the highest level, as high as anything we've seen.
So you have the Callums - Robinson and Chambers. Chris Willock too, David Turnbull, Jesper Daland, all those guys.
To see them so competitive and so hungry to raise their standard it leads itself seamlessly into Monday, Tuesday.
To the point where you come to today, the day before the game, and I'm not clear on what the team should look like tomorrow night.
That's the way I want it. There's a lot of questions to answer this afternoon and it'll be decided on who trains the best.
It gives real clear focus to everyone there about what you have to do to play in this team."

I really think he is just what we needed.
When i read what he says and hear him I feel fired up. Imagine the effect it has on the players.

He just seems to have a way of doing things that makes total sense and wants to put the team in an attacking way.
I had a good feeling when he was appointed and enjoy his press conferences, because he goes into detail and seems to know what he's talking about.
In all the player interviews, they can't help themselves in praising him which is a very good sign.

It's finally nice to have a manager who just gets to the point, no sugar coating things, no trying to sound clever just says it as it is
Were going places under bbm the question will be is can we hold on to him

Sounds like it won't be like last year where players would get put in the team regardless of how they played/trained that week.
Can't fault it

I was a big doubter, but have to say i've been impressed so far, he does seem to have the players happy, excited and fully motivated

The fans seem pretty united and positive also.
