The only thing it proves to me is that we've been turning strikers into donkeys for a while. Didn't Cornelius score in the Champions League midweek as well?

 very true. Could well be the case of the Cardiff curse for strikers

Well we did break our transfer record for him as one for the future.

Maybe Malky was thinking 12 years time.

You don’t watch Scottish football but feel qualified to opine on it.

A lot of supposition from some on here, Jock!

I don’t recall Max Watters being a poor player. He just didn’t gel at our club

As for Cornelius, I said at the time we were too impatient with him, as a club and as supporters. Some seem to be good at dismissing players still learning their trade and I’ll use Ollie Tanner as an example of one who took time to win over the perpetual knockers

Don't watch Scottish football as I have little interest in it. But seeing teams such asTNS get to knock teams out in the cup when they joined it. Gives me little faith that I'm far from the truth. And most championship teams would compete well in Scottish prem.
As case has been debated many times would celtic or rangers finish any higher than mid lower table in prem league

Poor league, very very boring and poor standard… in my opinion.

Each to their own though.

Been to a few Scottish club matches and enjoyed them, in recent years seen Queens park, Clydebank, Partick Thistle, off to St Mirren next February, good day out, the football is decent and the people are too. Also the Rangers museum is worth a visit, done the celtic stadium tour but the tour guide was nuts, he thought we, six Cardiff fans, were from Denmark, going by our accents, wtf.

It’s basically 2 teams with money and 10 teams without money, the standard imho is from mid premiership to bottom championship/Top Div 1.

Enjoy Paisley mate, some good boozers. Obviously the locals are crackpots but you’ll be ok, they love the Danes

Cheers Jock, we always enjoy Glasgow, great city, lovely people. This year we went to Partick and drinking in Maryhill which was good, when we mentioned to a taxi driver that we were off to Paisley to see St. Mirren next, he said take a gun with you lol.

Joke is you’ll see more shots in Fergulie Park then at the St Mirren ground. Went on the Castle Street Rangers Supporters bus a few times, wild. I’m from Inverclyde, it’s had the highest murder rate in the UK a couple of times, so moving to Barry was a step up. So if you decide on taking in a Morton game anytime, body swerve Greenock and Port Glasgow and stay in Gourock.
