His #27 shirt has been taken on by brother, Joel Colwill.

He said yesterday he was looking to bring 3-4 players in before the window closed.

There will be signings, even if they're at the end of the window - clear we have the right players lined up but have to wait for PL clubs to come back from their tours and compile their squads.

Surprised we didn’t give Salech 9, unless these have been submitted days ago before Etete left.

When we met up with BBM two weeks ago one of the questions was will the new players be in before the season starts or will you have to wait till teams come back off tour. He laughed and said no we will be signing the players we want before we don't have to wait.
Somethings not gone to plan not to have brought one of his four targets in is worrying.

Be interesting to see if any other club has ever gone into a new season without at least signing one new player and after letting 14 or so go.

The problem is Worcester we have heard that SO many times from managers. Then the window closes and there’s nobody in or just rubbish. Nothing against BBM but yet again Tan saying no despite us releasing 13 players and a lot of money saved. Even this supposed signing of a keeper takes a ridiculous time. The season starts tomorrow.

The numbers in the squad had to be cut, it was far too bulky and the wage bill was far too high.

It was right to get rid of 14 and only bring in four, which I think will happen.

I have more belief in this manager than I have had in one for many years.

For me he's not warnock some people call him a diasaur but he took us to the prem unlike the last manager who backed hmm riza so what's different with bbm compared to riza? Obviously Messi needs some time to consider if he fancies living in Splott for the season and Harry Kane has been checking local dentists before signing on the dotted line.

Comforting to know that all the other clubs in League 1 who've signed players have clearly been signing a load of shite.

Joking aside, I'm going to give the manager the benefit of the doubt here and say that the reason he's been unable to bring in any "quality" players that he wants is that Tan is unwilling to sanction any loan fees or wages which would need to be paid for any quality players.
