Don't forget the contribution made by the players.

No heart, no fight, no commitment, no pride in the shirt.

With a few obvious exceptions.

Wrexham had to sign players, they've gone up a division. Same goes for Sunderland.

I've seen teams this summer sign loads of players but their squad is actually weaker because of the players they've lost.

On the flip side, I think our squad is stronger (despite no signings). That's because the players will be better coached. We have a proper manager now who will be progressive.

The only player I'm bothered about that's left is O'Dowda. He wanted to go so it was the right decision.

The rest of them that have gone don't bother me.

We have lost none of our real top players.

But we're a team that's come down a division and kept the best players. Not right to compare us to a team that have gone up a division.

It's completely different circumstances.

I just can't wait for Saturday so we have real football to talk about.

Saturday has already been made into a must win game especially at home I'm hoping we win comfortably but have my doubts
