Any guesses who will be named captain for this season?

My money is on Salech.

…or have we not named anyone as it’s a role that BBM wants to recruit?

Lawlor, Wintle or Fish would be my guess with our current crop. Never been a fan of a striker being captain, although I love Salech's passion and enthusiasm.

2 days until our first game, no signings and we still don't have a clue who our captain is going to be. It's complete comedy from our shambles of a club. I've never witnessed such an uncertain and disorganised pre season!

Think I'd go Chambers (reluctantly). Possibly Wintle but I'm not sure he'll be a definite starter.

I wouldn't give it to Salech...let him concentrate on scoring goals and roughing up defenders.

NG is another possible when fully fit.

I voted ‘new man’ with a comment that it should be Wintle of the current crop

For me, he has the mettle, and is not afraid to speak up when needed; just ask Erol Bulut!
