I’ve just been told:

Dalman meeting is positive and good on Saturday .

What is clear is that Tan will sell …that is not an issue .

However , Tan will only sell on his terms, that is the issue .

I know of the Bale …consortium offer ….plus of another offer (which I consider to be a good offer).

There is of course the so called South African offer ….which insiders assure us that is a real and is likely to succeed ….but
whether it is true that they have met all of Tan’s requirements .


My guess is that Dalman is going to tell those he will meet …..that yes Tan will sell …..and yes offers were made this summer …..as well as quite a few over the years, as it stands, everything still needs to be done for Tan to sell ! In the meantime Dalman will say Tan will continue to support the Club in the best way he can .

That’s what they said to the person who told me.

No reason for them to lie.

But I’ve been told Dalman won’t admit all of it.


Don’t forget Dalman also put a Consortium together to try and buy us and it failed to make Tans Demands.

Over the years Tan has had many offers and turned them down, thus for me us the closest yet.

I’ve seen multi million pound sales on/off and new buyer come in at 11th hour and deal completes. I think there is probably a stand off between Tan and 3 offers. Who blinks first scenario

So in other words whilst his demands been met he's still hoping someone will come in with an even better offer? If not he'll sell one day!

Ummhhh, that doesn't sound half as promising as a few days ago. Has the fool moved the goals posts again I wonder. That's me out of all this takeover malarkey. Will just look forward to the season starting.

Think call it brinkmanship? He's waiting to see if gets higher offer! the SA will give him a deadline to accept offer or pull out? Tan will either call bluff or deal..... if they pull out garauntee Tan will cave in and deal be back on a week later..... how many times have we seen this with club takeovers?? Unfortunately going to have to wait until news comes out one way or other.
