A Very Sad Night Following CCFC :

Thu Jul 24, 2025 6:33 am

One I never want to see again:

Richard also their that night stopped watching us for 10 yrs:
The Municipal Club in City Road:

Packed with CCFC Fans with their Wife’s and Children were threatened and chased out of their screaming all because they were against the Despicable Rebrand

That hurt me deeply.

I’ve never spoken to some since that night.

I am preying this Sale goes through and Our Fan Base are you united again for Our Beloved Football Club :bluescarf: :bluebird:

A shocking time for lots of fans and hopefully this sale all goes through without a hitch, we have had to much bad luck over the years time it all changed for the better and the bad times can be behind us from here on in.

The hideous rebrand was tans masterstroke. He knew the majority of fans were still going to turn up as the Premier league was on the horizon. If he done it when were down in say league 2 it would have hardly caused a ripple.little newport county were rebranded to Argentina colours for a year in the 1970s .

Pretty cowardly threatening people with families, woman and kids. In some they have no moral code and should accept everyones views whether they agree with them or not. I refuse to get angry or abuse anyone who has a different view to me, sit down and have a chat about it like grown ups should then fine but also accept those views and be man enough to accept if their view is justified. It isn't hard is it. :bluebird:

They were nowhere to be seen a few days later when half of Grangetown and The Docks were outside The Corporation making sure we could speak out against the rebrand without any bullying

I'll never ever get my head around those who accepted that red phase.

Horses for courses, but missing that season in the prem and the phases before and after, I'll take to my grave.

Tan ripped the fanbase apart and it has never recovered. There are some that will never come back, some that may come back when he's gone.

Don't know if this will happen but I just hope we can all be more united when he's gone.

I mean that in terms of the way we support the club - not in terms of disagreement about football stuff, that's part and parcel of being a football fan and discussing things.
