Gary Otto on Playing Style and DNA at Evey Level

Found this interesting about how he wants his clubs to play a vertain way at every level. It sounds a bit like the Brentford/Brighton model:

What we've done really now is we've as a club, we've sat down and we've designed the way that we want to play as a club and that's going to be our, you know, that's going to be our our philosophy. That's going to be the way that we play and and we will play that way.

We will teach the academy to play in that same style. We'll recruit the manager and the players based on that style of football. And I I think that's, you know, I think it's a lot easier to make those kind of huge changes um in the National League than it would be in the in League 2.

So I think this is the time to do it, and so that's what we're going to do. I mean, you may have heard people talking about the the data the proprietary data management system that we've had designed for us. You know, we've done phase one, we're going on to phase two quite quite soon

In that case, BBM is the perfect manager because that's what Man City do.
