2025/26 SEASON TICKETS ON WAY

Had my (digital) Season Ticket today, via email

Postal tickets on way over next few days!

Yep had our 3 this morning can't wait now got our port Vale tickets as well, haven't been this excited for a season to start in years

I’m having the same card as last year. Do I have any sort of notification that it’s been uploaded for this year?

I have mine and my 2 boys in my Google wallet, checked them last night still saying 2024/25

Went back on this morning they'd updated to 25/26 season

Andrew, it should just carry on, as they can load the card remotely

Just turn up dont remember them sending out notification it was activated.... just make sure got proof of purchase with you in case makes life easier... (I'm just boy scout on things)

Had my sons through and updated his digital pass, still waiting for mine

My digital passes have updated to 25/26 season but still says my old seat number anyone else had this?

I called the club and they text a link which activated your phone wallet, took seconds and all good.

We have also sold near 13K so far.

I try to download the pass from the link they sent , or from my account to send SMS, but I get a message saying "FORBIDDEN" maximum number (3) of passes issued, remove one of the existing copies of this pass from an Apple device. There are no copies of this? Any one any ideas?

Update! I phoned the ticket office and spoke to "JENNA" who sorted it out in a few minutes. Apparently it was a throwback from downloading tickets last season. She "reset" whatever and sent me a new link which downloaded into wallet straight away. Happy days
