If a takeover does happen, then what

If a takeover does happen and everything is agreed signed and sent to the EFL to formalise and do the director suitability checks, where does that leave the club ?

Do the new owners take charge before the checks are complete, surely not ?
Can finances be put into the club for playing staff before the EFL sign everything off ?
Does the club remain in limbo until the checks are completed ?

How does it all work as I have read some posters saying it should be a couple of month to others saying anywhere from 2 to 6 months ?

I accept each case will be different, but does anyone on here know what actually can and cant be done whilst waiting for EFL approval ?

I'm sure they can put money into club for running costs ect ... club won't be in limbo as that will leave club at a disadvange.... all revealed once paper work is sighned later this week hopefully!

Simple if/when Tan Choo and Dalmin leaves the club then i think a lot more fans will return to watch the team

Not initially they won’t! That will take time, effort (on the part of the new owners), and improvement in the pitch!

Some on here will be making ‘demands’ from Day One, when most will (initially) just be glad to see the change!
