SEASON WILL START WITH TAN IN CHARGE OR NOT?

Wed Jul 16, 2025 7:35 pm

I cannot see us starting the season with anything new, owners or even players
It's s pity these bids did' nt start at the end of last season but we are where we usually are,
every season starting off with disruption, and it's usually 99% tans fault and we are behind the curve with transfers trying to find the best 11 and the fans as usual like mushrooms ,completely in the dark.
What a relief it will be when tan has finally gone, its been very depressing for fans for the last 5 seasons
Running on low budgets scraping the barrel in the transfer market
Thank God we found salec.

Well, being factual, the season was always going to start with Tan in charge because EFL checks take minimum 6-8 weeks. I've posted a video before of Gary Neville saying it took them that long at Salford a few months ago.

But I agree, I highly doubt that a bid will be accepted in the next two weeks due to the complications that Annis posted earlier.

Yes understood complications but an agreement that we have been sold or are in the process of being sold before the seaon kicks off was my meaning.

Yeah I understand that, unfortunately looks unlikely.

Let's hope your prediction is on the money with the manager bringing in quality transfers and his own choices.

I shan't badger you if you f.ck up again, but others may, things are changing so quickly and murphy himself has said he is bringing in quality and his own , so your pretty much covered this time around.

New owners may not be in charge but that doesn't mean deal wont be done and only needs efl approval?
Always a delay between deal done and completion...

My biggest worry is that he'll still be in charge at the start of next season!
