Rubin and Salech

If they both stay, these could be the key to our attack this season.

Linked up well in pre-season and seem to operate on the same wavelength.

But it only matters when the season starts in just over two weeks.

Still have my doubts about Rubin but the fact this manager's big strength is developing players gives me hope. Make or break for Rubin this season.

Let's hope they take their pre-season form into the League One season.

I would add Robertson to that list too

I think they will be the spine of the team if they all stay

Robertson is great but I'm concerned about his below par performances so far, could be a sign that he's going.

To give credit, it was Monty who first raised that on here and he's right.

if that's the case then it's a shame

I think he has so much potential

I see pompey signed Jon Swift yesterday who plays a similar position to Robertson, I wonder if that will cool there interest in him

I think Ned and Monty are right I watched him in that first half against Southend he was stood a couple of yds away from me a couple of times and the look on his face said it all.

Definitely last chance saloon for Rubin. If he doesn't impress in league 1 he needs to move on. He has to score more goals imo, I couldn't believe the stats of 2 in 100 games.

Robertson played in both friendlies with the younger players (as did Tanner and Chambers). I really hope that this is the reason why his pre-season start looked less impactful?
