I can't believe that after the way our front 6 played

That the majority of the posts referring to last nights game are aimed at Hudson.


Anyone care to comment on Bellamy, Bothroyd, Chopra, Whittingham, Burke. or are these too sacred. Personally apart from the first and last 10 I thought they were shit and one or 2 of them didn't even put the effort in.

They are all clas splayers, but all 5 of them were poor last night and we were very lucky to get 3 points.

Oli is let off as he was superb - MOM by miles. The defense were brave too and dealt with their big strikers pretty well.

Naylor had his best game for weeks.

we are 2nd in the Championship at the start of the season the majority of all our fans thought we would be fighting relegation this season lets not slate players all the time they have got us to where we are now how about we support them for once and not keep singling out individual players. I actually thought Hudson was fairly decent yesterday, made a few good blocks and interceptions. I just think the mistakes he has made are more glaring and have been punished more than other players. Dont forget, Mcnaughton could still of made a challenge on Mcsheffrey before he scored. I'd prefer Hudson over Gypes, just wish DJ would play someone like Blake with a bit of pace alongside him.

Thought Bellamy, Chops were average, thought Jay moaned and limped about most of the game. Burke only seemed to pick up and beat his man in the last 10, before that he kept giving the ball away. Thought Whitts worked hard and Oli was awesome.

I'm beginning t think Blake will get another crack at centre half, but with the giant Platt and the unpronouncable guy up front for Cov, along with a monster centre half who's already got 3 from vcorners, sex-offender King on the bench and us having a small keeper I think it would have been a major gamble to play Blake last night.

As it was Cov didnt get a header on goal all game, the 'big men' at the back did a very good job in that area. It was made for Gyepes who battled well with both Platt and later sex-offender King.

Against a smaller nippier front line (say the Jacks) Blake could well be the man.
