Welsh TV presenter Jason Mohammad saw his BBC pay decrease last year, official figures from the broadcaster revealed.
On Tuesday, the the corporation published its annual salary figures, with former Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker once again topping the list for the eighth and final time.
Mohammad, who fronts BBC's Final Score programme and has a radio show on Radio Wales, saw his annual earning move into the £230,000-£234,999 bracket, which is actually down from the £245,000-£249,999 banding he was in last year.
It means the Cardiff City fan is joint 36th best-paid employee at the BBC, alongside Sarah Smith and radio presenter Jo Whiley.
Zoe Ball is listed as second in the standings behind Lineker, with fellow former footballer Alan Shearer moving up to third for his contributions to Match of the Day and the corporation's live football coverage.
Elsewhere in the top 10 are Greg James and Fiona Bruce, while incoming host of Match of the Day Mark Chapman has seen his pay increase significantly, from £260,000-£264,999 to £325,000-£329,999.

I'd probably just about manage if my wages were cut to at least £230,000 per year.
