Could Dalman scupper a deal

Could Damian scupper a deal if his consortium are not the front runners ?

It was said in another thread that the South African bid is currently favourite followed by Dalman’s and lastly Bale’s, as Dalman has loans to the club to the tune of £40m, if the South African deal means he doesn’t get what he wants could he therefore force it off the table, making his bid the more favourable one ?

I have made it public on here many times that I don't trust Dalman and dont believe a word that comes out of his mouth, I just hope he doesn’t now scupper a potential deal that could be better for CCFC in the long run, or even do enough damage that Tan decides not to sell at all as not everyone is in agreement.

No, Dalman wants Tan out of the club as much as anyone.

Whoever takes over the club, Dalman will be pleased - even if it means him moving on.

Why would he pleased if he misses out?
Surely he wants us if he part of one consortium?

I really don’t think he cares anymore for the club than tan does, and doubt he want tan to leave with no personal gain for him and be happy.

Let's not forget - Dalman is owed money from our Club - with interest

Correct, Dalman will want the best deal possible to protect his investment also his working relationship with Tan has totally broken down.

Dalman is an unsecured debt , like Langstone was, i wonder how hes going to get his money back ? If the new owners don't fancy paying him off ? .

I’d imagine Dalman could be on quite shaky ground with his loan/ investment on how it was agreed/ structured. Our club is a great example of how investors have been shafted in the past

But not if he doesnt get his money straight away, then he wont be pleased and that is why I have asked the question is it possible that he could scupper another deal with Tan if he himself isnt getting what he wants out of it.

This is how we should be looking at it with regards to Dalman. His priority is to get his money back, who would not, and if the best for him is sticking with Tan then so be it for him.

He could, there is a nasty conflict of interest there.

Jesus, we should form a new sub division company Cardiff City law and start employing our Solicitors and barristers :laughing6:
