Now that we have a manager and assistant what is Gavin Chesterfield’s role:position?

He's as good as DoF in my view.

BBM spoke about him a lot (and I mean a lot) in the interviews he's done so far.

I think a BBM/Riley/Chesterfield combo is what takes us forward.

That means nothing. Nobody has experience until they get given it, even though you seem to have some obsession with experience.

Didn't actually say he was DoF but he's as good as because he can be the bridge between BBM and the board. That's basically what a DoF is.

I rate Chesterfield highly and he'd be a good person for this role.
