Been thinking about a few things which will be totally different for BBM compared to being academy manager at Man City or coach at Leicester:
He said in his press conference that he could walk around Leicester without people recognising him. He won't have that in Cardiff, people will want to talk to him
He could ask for advice from Guardiola and Van Nistelrooy in his last two jobs, but now he's the big decision maker.
The weight of expectation. He has built fans hopes up by saying he wants to win the league, well that brings added pressure which he hasn't had in his last two jobs.
