BBM: We have to deal with Ralls and Rinomhota quickly

I think there is an awareness from me, I know Andy Rinomhota from his Reading days. Joe Ralls has a deep relationship with those clubs. We have an obligation to deal with those situations really quickly.

My impression is he wont sign either. The emphasis will be on youth. Ralls has been a brilliant servant but his time is up. We need fresh voices and energy in the team.

I think they both stay & would be happy if they did, we need some experience to help the youngsters along.

I agree, all for the youngsters getting game time but have to mix it with a couple of experienced players.

Going by his comments, BBM will say "you want to stay or you don't" but it's make your mind up time.

Get the feeling he wants to know quickly who wants to stay and who doesn't.

It read on Wol a bit more negatively than my interpretation of the video. I agree, its i want it done quickly, and then tell the fans

Chris, we need a bit of experience to help BBM's youth plan.

I especially hope Rino stays. Could even be captain if Ralls goes.
