BBM: Fans should never feel there's nothing happening

"My vision for this group of players and the reason I'm here is I see a team that can really be aggressive and progressive.

Never taking a step back. Every team we come up against in this division, there's going to be loads of different challenges but the idea is to always dominate the game and be aggressive.

Play in a way where the supporters shouldn't feel in any moment of the game that nothing's happening.

With that, I'm very confident this group of players will be successful. It's going to take a lot of hard work, a lot of repetition for the players (in training) with the ultimate goal in mind".

I hope he walks the walk. I remember bullet was supposed to play winning football. Came across well in interview.
