Just watched it.


Fair play, I'm fully on board with his vision for the club.

Didn't just give generic answers like some people, some real good detail in some of those answers.

Great first interview.

Comes across really really well.
Very professional knows what he wants.
Him and Riza seem chalk and cheese.
I am really impressed.

Highly articulate, no sound bite 'in the building or on the grass crap'. He is really impressive and his contacts in the game could prove very helpful. I am excited with the vision to use our youngsters and if we can get the best out of Robertson, Colwill and Salech we could have a an excellent season.

Pity he wasn't asked about his coaching team.

one thing I noticed he said was MY STAFF which makes me think there will be more coaches coming in and others moving on

Words come easy to some managers, I remember Ole talking a great game when he first came in!

However, I was impressed with this interview. He’s set out a clear plan and you can see where he’s coming from.

Let’s hope the negativity on this appointment disappears although there will always be a few and we know who they are!

I liked the press aggressively, I'm not a fan of possession for possession's sake and passing it from the keeper to the defenders then back to the keeper, but if it's to win the ball back quickly and attack quickly then great news.
