my only worry is how much will they be willing to pay because we all know Tan has set his price and unless he has finally dropped it down to something reasonable I can't see anyone being stupid enough to pay it

I would hope that the price was discussed from the very start. The fact it's been a week hopefully indicates the two parties are not too far apart on their respective figures

Annis, i've been waiting 10 years for this news, i would take another relegation if it meant getting rid of this dictator that's killing our club. (i'd prefer it without relegation) I know this would eventually happen but the sooner the better for the sake of our club. Cardiff City can't move forward until Tan is gone, i've a gut feeling that Dalman has something to do with this possible buy out.

Great news he's realised relegation as cost him dearly and can't risk not being promoted otherwise his finances and clubs will get worse and so is consequences for club.... as for his investment and sala case all can be sorted with conditions built in to a deal..

Wishful thinking, I dont think its going to happen until the court case is done. It would also make no sense to sell the club after its value has plummeted from relegation. The only thing we might see is Dalman buying the club out. But fully expect Tan to be here next year.

He can be obnoxious and annoying at times but it’s pretty obvious now that he hasn’t been able to make any real decisions for years which has probably frustrated him as much as us

I was told by someone who did know what was going on regarding bids, that an american consortium were very close to buying city and were very near the asking price but did not persue at that moment in time. Perhaps they have come back in with a higher bid, or Tan has reduced his price.
Now this is pure guesswork on my part regarding the Americans coming back in.
It would come as no surprise to me though that Dalmen would be part of a consortium, interested in city. He must be pissed off with Tan after what has happened

Ned tan can negotiate around sala case and the actual amount they pay upfront for club...both can be part of deal to buy off tan dont see it as problem

Maybe he simply has no interest in cardiff city now we are league 1. But it's OK saying he is looking at buyers it's another thing actually getting them to buy the club on Tan's ridiculous valuation.

He is Malaysian but very very rich and seems to be a very good business operator.
