Personally before the game I picked Hudson and Blake as my options as I thought he was playing better than Gypes in recent weeks. The annoying thing is he didnt need to make such a silly pass and the rest of his game may have been very solid (await those who went to the game). CB is a problem and I think DJ would drop him if he thought he had better but even im not sure if he does.

Just getting back to Cardiff and Hudson made a couple of cock ups in the second half as well, which may have cost us another goal! He's not good enough for us and we need somebody else to Marshall the defence!

The key word regarding Hudson is 'prone'

He is far too 'prone' to making cock-ups. It doesnt really matter how solid a game he has
because the opposition strikers will never lose heart. They will always be alert, they will
have it drummed into them to hang off him and be patient. I seriously reckon we'd have
won that game 3 or 4 nil last night without his fuck-up. Coventry were shell-shocked by
our forward play. A solid defence would have given them nowhere to turn. Their heads
would have dropped big time. Cheers Hudson you donkey.

Must have been at a different game, apart from the 1st 10 and last 10 we had NO attacking play and the defnese had to work their bollox off to keep us in it !

Bellamy, Bothroyd, Chopra, Whittingham and Burke were all sh1t for this whole spell, couldnt string 2 passes together and were 2nd best in every challenge.

Hudson made a poor pass and slipped up to almost give them another chance (Heaton cleared it), but the others made loads of poor passes and lost their individual battles (wheras Hudson won his).

But we'll just ignore that.
