After the saga of the last few years, the consistent lies from the board, the silence and ultimately our relegation, our fans will be expecting immediate change.
We will probably see a number of the retained players leave, with new players coming in.
It will be a new challenge, a different style of football, and an up and coming manager.
How much time will he be given?
If we aren’t Top 6 after 15 games will the fans still be behind him?

personally so long as we're not down the bottom of the table around Christmas I'd rather see us try and build something with our youngsters it might take more than this season but unless BBM is given time we'll only end up with the same circus that we've had in this close season. waiting to hear who his coaches are hoping we can start afresh.

I think the fans, rightly or wrongly, will expect minimum top six.
So if we are in the bottom half after ten games there will be concern.
But I hope he gets given time even if that's the case.
We can't keep having a cycle of changing managers too quickly.
But the club also need to give him the best chance of success by bringing in the coaches he wants and the players that can play the style he wants.

I will give him 15 games and decide hit or miss I'm hoping it's a hit fed up of chop and change I'm Just abit worried about his actual experience time will tell

The Premier League and now relegation to L1 has altered my view on events.
I'f rather see a group of former academy kids giving it a go than journeyman L1 or championship players if we get back.
I have been more pissed off at the senior pro's than the kids. Rubin probably needs to step up into that category but it's the established higher earners that sunk us (IMO)
I don't want to see us of the past just hyping up individuals just for sale. Gunter v Ledley. Ledley stayed, improved, grew and went on to have arguably a better career than Gunter, who we sold too early in his career, but we needed to money. Lets do a Sunderland and build a team.
In Salech, Robertson, Colwill, Turnbul, Wintle, Ashford & Davies, we have at least good championship players. I believe championship clubs will be in for all of these on form, then you have the potential of Kpakio, Lawler, and Giles. King and Joel C have held their own in this division.
We shouldn't be that far off. Let's not get too carried away thinking BBM is Pep. He is a lower leagues player, he knows the grunt you need. Cardiff is not Rochdale; the expectations will be a lot higher from the owner and the fans.
I'd love to know if there is a BBM, Citeh, Kompany, Bellers link. If he is Bellamy's school of football, I am all in. I'll cry if it's Russell Martin (his mate) football though.
I didn't want him, but this may be the best candidate. We may struggle early doors but come with a wet sail in the second half of the season. We need to be brave as fans and the owner.

Charlton fans wanted Jones out at Christmas
Dour football and poor results.
He used window a bit and got his team.
Then he got them promoted.
Lesson
Give the Man time.
He could be a blessing in disguise.

Riza success was early after the team took off the bulut shackles.
They played without the brakes on.
Then settled into a confused tinkering…
It was evident after a few games that Riza wasn’t up to it….

He has to have a chance. I’ll give him 3 games then I’ll decide. More than enough time to assess how he’s going to do.

Three games is nowhere near enough time to get the new players intertwined in the team, to get the team playing his way etc.
Nowhere near enough time to judge someone.

3 months ago I would have agreed. But that’s all a lot on here gave Ramsey before they made a judgement. And the new guy got the benefit of pre season games and training, unlike Ramsey who had a couple of days. So I think he’ll have a significantly bigger window than Ramsey and chance to make some signings.
Hopefully it’s a big thumbs up.

Can only speak for myself but I didn't want Ramsey, not because I was judging his three games.
But because he'd only ever managed three games.
BBM has my full support for the start, even though he wasn't my first choice.
Some people seem to be taking it personally that the club didn't choose who they wanted them to.

The question should be will vincent tan back the manager or expect him to work miracles on a shoe string with very little funds.

No manager is given time in this day and age.
We're either challenging come Christmas, or he'll be looking over his shoulder. Even sooner if he doesnt get off to a good start.
A ruthless industry. However, we should try and be patient whilst maintaining ambition: a counter productive mindset.
He's got a job on his hands.

The fans will be on his case before Tan is.

The fans no more about football than tan so that's a given and if he is making a sh.t mess of it like riza did he will have to accept it.

I wouldn’t say all fans know more about football than Tan.
It’s literally the epitome of something that can’t be measured accurately.
