It's all about the coaches now

We're waiting for the official announcement about BBM, but it certainly sounds done and dusted.

The next biggest indicator we have on how much the board are supporting him is the coaching staff.

He must be allowed to bring in at least 2-3 coaches of his own. If they don't let him, that would be a big worry.

I am cautiously optimistic that he will be a success - but he has to be able to bring in his own people.

I would hope there would be a full clear out of old coaches and bbm allowed to pick his own, I couldn't bare another season watching purse laughing in his seat as we're 2-0 down

His own assistant for sure, and the right coaches to implement what he wants taught to the players.

Yes and tan as found out its the only way going to get decent coach! I'm guessing he pissed rambo off with kens derisory offer and as been forced to choose between cheap and cheerful failure or expensive let's give it a go option? Can't help feeling tan is worried about not getting promotion and the consequences for his money and dalmans for that matter....

Does Barry know any decent coaches as he was an assistant at Leicester and a youth coach at City? Usually a manager comes in brings his team with him
