Damage

How much damage to our season has all this confusion over the new manager has been done already .All the rumours and conflicting reports has divided the fan base I know but what about the staff and players .A really positive pre season was a must to pick everyone up after last season but once again the circus continues.When you go to work in any profession a toxic atmosphere effects your ability to perform at the best of your ability.The new manager and his staff if allowed have got a huge job on their hands and will need patience and help from us supporters like never before

I'm very surprised that any decent manager would want to work under this regime.
They come across as very unprofessional with virtually zero communication with the heart of the club eg the supporters, it's sad really. I fear that we may have another shite season and it truly seems that Tan and his band of gypsies actually don't give a shit
