I don't know how true this is.
Not seen anywhere that Choo is not involved anymore - hopefully that bit is true though.
It has been reported that Dalman was not heavily involved in the recruitment process. Some will say that's strange as he's Chairman but reportedly he was told that Choo would lead the recruitment in the UK with final approval to be made by Tan. Bad move in my opinion.
The only time Dalman got properly involved is when he had to clear up some of Choo's mess in relation to negotiations with a candidate.
