Supporter who fell from the Stand

Anyone else who was at the Game in Brussels,last night, witness the shocking scene. We had just equalised and, I was under the upper tier. When I saw him drop from above. It was unreal. I thought it was an inflatible thing. Nit it dawned on me when fans around the incident started to call the emergency services on duty in the Stadium.

Really shocking scenes to see. What did everyone who was there feel or see at the time? And how on earth did it happen?
