We are probably 2 weeks away from players returning from pre season.
We’ve got no manager and lost our main targets.
We’ve not announced our retained list or if any of the players offered a contract are staying.
Riza was sacked nearly 2 months ago and we don’t seem to be any closer to bringing in a new manager.
Other clubs in the league are signing decent players we don’t have a manager to sign anyone yet.
Our club is looking more of a shambles each day going by. This whole manager process just shows how poorly we are run and even if the club offered Ramsey everything he wanted then this should have been sorted previously. There some reports that this news is new to the club about Ramsey so maybe they aren’t fully to blame as Ramsey seems to have changed his mind about retiring even though he’s never confirmed he was retiring and did say he wanted to play but obviously the last few weeks he’s been tempted to take the managers job.
I do feel as if it was another player who had a well paid 2 year contract hardly played with injuries and then jumped ship they’d have been ridiculed. Shame that Ramsey had the chance to put his name up there as a Cardiff legend if he stayed to manage or play but that’s his choice.
Where do we even go from here? Back to the drawing board with candidates and start interviewing again which could take weeks?
The longer time goes on the more worried I am about next season.

Can't help but feel negative following a club that likes to p.ss off its supporters!!

Even the most hardy of fans must be more "glass half empty" now.
Never really called for the removal of an owner as have always been concerned with what replaces them.
But I've got to be honest, I feel we need local owners/consortium with skin in the game as opposed to billionaires from anywhere in the world.
Surely Bale has played enough golf now and could head up something. Local more than a link to the club but am desperate and cannot think of anyone else.

You should feel negative.
This is some of the worst company management I’ve ever seen.
Makes you wonder how any of these are successful in their own jobs outside of football.

We're an absolute shambles of a football club with an egotistical madman at the helm with no clue on anything football. Until he is gone it will never get better.
£50 on back to back relegation seems like great value at the moment.

The only way is now for me is we need a fresh start, new owner, new board and a complete refresh,we need to protest,we need to be walking out etc,we all can’t keep moaning about the board year after year and not doing anything about it we all need to stand up as a fanbase and get these clowns out

It’s absolutely shocking

I'm just fed up of the whole shambles now every day its something new nothing from club it self I'm losing patience with being taken for granted as a cardiff fan

All this chaos caused by 1 man...Vincent Tan
thats why fans want him gone
Him AND the board are not bothered about the fan base otherwise they would say and do more to help fans understand more about why nothing has been decided yet. Why we dont know anything in terms of the teams we face in spain for pre-season.
I feel like the board just picked spain just for the sake of it without going to certain teams in that country about having a friendly match.
If i'm wrong then tell us the teams in pre-season.

Yeah, it's a complete mess.

Other than being born abd raised in Cardiff, Bale has absolutely zero affinity or connection with the Bluebirds. We might as well be based in Antwerp for all the interest Bale has in his local club!

Look at how tan made his money. It was through fast food chains and coffee shops that is is his business philosophy with the football world any thing cheap to make a profit but it backfired spectacularly because football is a unique business that you can't run on the cheap and you hardly make a profit that is what tan doesn't get

We will appoint a manager bynthe time the players come back for pre season training and win th3 league this year, 1st week of July is when we can sign the majority of players

Every body needs to stop worrying, it will be ok Mr Darren Purse will sort it all out when he is appointed.

But he spent on Turnbull, Daland, Fish, Robertson, Saleech and Rambo's contract wasn't cheap. I believe he sees intrinsic value in footballers but not in managers or administrators, whom he has a very low opinion.
He must have thought Jones was trustworthy, but this is why i think he wants young managers who are not schooled in the old ways of transfers and contracts. Why hasn't he found a DoF that only reports to him and Choo (his UK lieutenant) is beyond me.

All while the club are releasing updates on ticket sales….
I get it’s our club and our fans are loyal but you really have to start questioning where it goes from here.
I live in Wiltshire and have 2 sons who I have tried to convince to support Cardiff and not the usual Liverpool, United etc. My oldest loves it and is always nagging me to bring him up to games but even he’s starting to lose patience with the stupidity and he’s 11 ffs.
When we went down if we appointed a half decent manager, kept some of ours players and added a couple, there could’ve been a real positive feeling going in to the new season. A positive feeling that the club hasn’t had in seasons.
Instead, as expected, those idiots in charge have made a mess of it.
They couldn’t hit water if they fell out of a boat
