What’s your best case hypothetical announcement and summer if Ramsey is announced?

The board continue to dismantle our beloved club and I’ve spent the past week fuming over apparent incompetencies. So instead of assuming the worst, what represents the best possible summer following a Ramsey appointment? (For this, how about we remove our guardrails and allow ourselves to dream)
