Getting boring now

The bookies haven’t got a clue, anyone on here just puts 2+2 together with the current favourites. The process has been long winded and it just seems like we’re going around in circles where we’ll probably end up missing certain targets.

I’ve said it before hiring people to do this is pointless because tan decides anyway so they’re literally spending money that doesn’t need to be spent. I feel like fans could give the board options where they’d be the same as what there paying the companies to support the hiring process.

Imo it’ll be Ramsey because we don’t learn from previous mistakes and I wouldn’t be surprised if we miss certain targets because of the length of the process panic and give it to Ramsey. The one positive is that I don’t think Ramsey would take it without certain guarantees. Either way I hope it’s sorted asap!

Agree if there taking there time to get it right fair enough , but this happened before they appointed Riza as manager. So I have no confidence in the board.

Unless they hire Jones I feel another manager out of work could have been appointed weeks ago

I think Ramsey may be the problem. perhaps they're trying to negotiate a position in the back room staff of one of the others.

Has all the signs of another Vincent Tan balls up. Appeared that they were doing things in a sensible way when they employed a sporting agency to help with the process. However, Riza left in April and were now in June with nobody in place. I know some people feel like there’s no rush but where do we draw the line? The squad needs organising with transfers in/out and the new manager MUST be in place for that otherwise we’re not buying players to fit with the new managers system
