They didn’t know about Bulut, were far off the mark with Riza.

The bookies also haven’t got a clue.

There has been no official clarification from the club that we were going to offer Buckingham, or that Jones had been approached.

Mainly just hearsay and rumours.

I agree with all of this. I guess the inner circle is Tan,Dalamn & Choo and thats tight.

I was surprised the story wasn't quashed from Charltons/Jones side yesterday, but i suppose it was a Sunday.

I was always in the Jones camp, but I thought he'd be well out of the picture. I'd expected us to sound him out, but thought that door may be closed and we'd never heard about it until a few weeks after the new guy was announced.

So my assessment. We called Jones, he said what he would have wanted, we called Charlton and they said how much they want then someone leaked the call and it grew out of control.
This may have happened last Wednesday or Thursday and we didn't follow up on it

well..... it's only sold more as it was payday. I bought mine the other day as I was waiting for it.

I don’t think so..rumours started Saturday night, I think those that bought their season tickets this weekend were always going to renew, just left to end of month for pay day.
