Season Ticket Finance 0%… Not quite!

Renewed my season tickets that came to over a grand… selected 0% finance option.

Just before I pressed accept I notice an arrangement fee of £125…. Interest free but an arrangement fee of 10% ish…

That is not plqying fair, either state it clearly upfront or charge 10% interest!!!

These sneaky fees added at the end of a transaction are getting out of hand & more sneaky every day. WTF is an arrangement fee of that much actually for.

Basically the finance company charge Cardiff that fee so the club charge the fans to avoid them paying for it

Then why not say it up front rather than at the end? It's a junk fee & if that's what they charge the club then the club needs to find a more user friendly way to charge for season tickets.

Because I used to work for the finance company. As long as they display it they can put it in small writing.

New law means if an institution is going to charge booking fee it as to be included in price and not at end of transaction? Why the price doesn't say Inc of charges not sure it shouldn't be seperate at end for the reasons op is not happy...... Basically law is to stop customer having to pay more than price advertised and not get fees they wasn't aware of!
Was told this by cooperate person when renuing mine other day
