Tan, Choo & Dalman haven’t done anything to show they can be trusted to get it right.

They act like they have been caught off guard - it simply should not take this long.

How can anyone Trust or Believe in any of them.

They do a meeting with The Trust / FAB and they go away like nodding dogs saying things are happening etc etc

Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance was the one everyone always went with.

Managers will say they could not organise or prepare properly for Pre-Season.

Not seen the players enough to decide and not able to look before the First Transfer Window.

Communications a massive tool that’s not being used at all by us

We are quite fair Ned,

But when things go wrong what will the manager blame it on?

With respect Worcester - almost 6 weeks is absolutely ridiculous. And yes of course we will get behind the new manager but the delay is causing problems already as plans cannot be formulated. But above all the total lack of communication is disrespectful and hurtful to the fans. This is why the hierarchy fail. Dalman said recently that hurtful personal comments about him have been made. Well now he knows how we all feel. And annoyingly it could be avoided. Sadly the hierarchy have massive egos. We should ALL be trying to achieve the same goals. Again I say the length of wait for the appointment is appalling

Annis, are you suprised?? It's the norm at our sh*t show of a run club. Year on year Tan slowly drains the life and soul out of Cardiff City with his continuous bad ownership, until he goes we can't move forward.

I think they mat well be waiting for the contract of the successful candidate to expire before an announcement. That's why I'm leaning towards the Leicester coach.

That's fine, just don't want to see the fans writing off the manager from day one.

We can support the manager while still wanting Tan out.

Shouldn't treat the manager as a Tan manager but actually as the manager of the club.

My worry with the length of time it is taking is that our targets go elsewhere and then it drags on even longer, I see buckingham is early favourite for the Plymouth job

Are we dragging heels? Forget there are several candidates out there and there are several vacancies that each can apply for.... would you only apply for one if had a choice of other jobs to go for? Who's the target thought was 4 shortlisted so all are targets... agree it seems flow but complicated by how many are out work and the vacancies
