Nothing will change at the top of the club, no direction , no leadership and no success whilst we continue to be rudderless.

Maybe not a dof but dalman hinted that new manager will have a proper backroom team not the likes of purse... this is something only warnock had which hints at proper coach maybe this is why taking time we live in hope.

Dof is not the panesear some think it is? Far better to have good coach with assistants to match +the backing of owner cheaper and one less person to go through...

It would be interesting to know how his two clubs are being run differently when he has installed a DoF at one, yet refuses to do similar at the other?

Whether one is actually needed is another question, as they don’t always work and I feel that the right manager making the right decisions would suffice; and there in lies the problem
