New manager discussions go on

Paul Abbandanato:

No @CardiffCityFC manager update, discussions go on. But whoever it is MUST flip dressing room on its head & build around generational crop of young talent - Colwill, Robertson, Salech, Ashford, Isaac, Kpakio, Giles, Lawlor. Bring in experience at CB, 6, RB & a fast direct winger

Agree we have to build around young players like Robertson, Salech, Lawlor etc (not Rubin).

Always said new manager should be in by June but not as urgent as some are saying.

Likes of Huddersfield only appointed their new manager today.

Agree they can't do anything till the players return from there breaks anyway .

Still think it’s a bit of a piss take, unless the ongoing discussions are with the would be new manager I.e finances and budgets etc.

Surely the process should be at that stage, interviews done and names given to tan a week ago, surely he would’ve made a decision by now?

Just seems so long winded again but I understand they need to get it right but its dragging on a bit now.

They might be each manager would be asking those questions

could be in discussions with whoever to facilitate a coaching position for ralls and Ramsey. they may not want them in a coaching capacity.

Probably waiting for RVN to be sacked so we don’t have to pay Leicester compo for Barry Murphy if it’s him

The whole club is a piss take. I don't know why people get annoyed anymore. Just let it go.

Because it's as frustrating as f**k each time we replace a manager.

People are saying there’s no rush….lets not forget Riza was sacked on the 19th of April so the club knew from then they may have to find a new manager. It’s another shambles and I don’t see anything changing any time soon

Disagree. Perfectly reasonable to take time when it's a summer recruitment.

The problem is football fans have become incredibly impatient.

People will moan, whoever it is anyway.

does this mean tan did not like the manager that was given to him and they are looking at someone new?
Or simply negotiations of the manager is still ongoing.

There are some opportunities out there. WBA, Hull and Norwich are still without managers. If Manning goes to Norwich as the rumours it could mean Buckingham, Evatt or BBM may be talking to them as well as us.

Would you want to commit to insane Cardiff on a Vinny low-cost sacking deal if you can get a championship club? Nor me.

Think the problem is several managers available with several clubs looking for new manager... going on managers available all are suitable for any vacancy so must take time to see who goes where? As they say its a congested market
