Tan announces new manager at Kortrijk?

Wales on line article mentions a new manager has been appointed at Kortrijk as well as a Sporting Director and an Operational Director of Football. In the meantime Ken Choo remains the Managing Director.
We seem to be waiting for just a new Manager and none of the other positions have been mentioned. Perhaps we could be in for a surprise but it does seem odd the Cardiff are going along a different route or at least it hasn’t been mentioned.
