But he’s actually losing NOTHING if you read the above.
This season coming he will actually lose money.

Yes you must be right. Because like I said, he wouldn’t turn down a very generous offer for the club if he was actually losing money. I’ve thought they were lying to us about losing money ever since he turned down that offer.

No idea what the Dalman deal is either, there are safer ways of getting returns. He is a well-connected man with an extensive career heading many of the city's biggest investment divisions. Didn't realise he is 67.
Tan spent money last year on players, you can't deny that. Daland, Robertson, Fish and Salech. All recruitment is 50/50. We just don't have a recruitment strategy or coaching structure.
I believe he is trying to take on professional football and getting spanked. He believes a coach is a coach, anyone with the correct credentials can do it, so why do i need to pay someone £250k or more when i can get the U21 coach to step up and do ok. I believe he has been stung so often he thinks pro football is one big old pals brigade and you don't need all of it.

I can't help but think there is some strategy behind all this that mere mortals don't understand. I have no idea I am not even trying to pretend.
About a 18 years ago my company was subject of a highly leveraged takeover. To stop the local management teams freaking out at the size of the debt we sat through a one day course on leveraged buyouts and how they are reported. This was very top level I am an Engineering manager not a finance person. But it blew my mind how these city bankers/accountants move money from one pot to another, rarely pay tax, and how they service and report on the debt.
We never made a profit for a decade but everyone was happy.

Like you say, a lot of it is just so he can say he owns an English league club.
As said, he promised debt free but that looks like being just one broken promise of many.

This is absolutely bullshit annis the sponsorship is included in the account so he doesn't get it at all .
FOR THOSE WHO SAY TAN KEEPS US A FLOAT:
Plus he just loves the publicity of owning a British Club.
The Publicity Tan gives to Malaysia:
The £12 million put in each year by Vincent Tan / BUT
£3.8Mill goes to Dalman interest on his loan to us that Tan print would never happen.
Dalman & Choo who work for Tan in London, get £1Mill plus Wages from Cardiff City.
Tan gets all the Malaysian Companies airlines / holiday places taking up 85% of the advertising on insides of the Stadium and outside worth £3Mill.
All Tans / Dalmans / Choo’s expenses travelling / hotels / food etc etc are down to Cardiff City £1Mill a year.
Plus every year Tan has wasted money on Court Cases, Cost Our Club £Millions upon £Millions over the years.
That Despicable Rebrand over 4 years Cost Our Club £50Mill plus

Who ever buys us will have to spend 10s of millions a season just to keep us going .

we never needed this backing before he took over, yes we were in debt but that debt has tripled since he took over
how has the club been promoted to the Premier league twice and yet still the debt owed to Tan has never reduced
that tells me he doesn't want to sell and he's definitely benefiting from converting all these loans into equity

So are you signing this is all false? He didn't promise us debt free? He didn't say the only person we'd owe was him?
It's not true that our club is being run from London?
It's not true that millions have been wasted on court cases?
