Of those, Buckingham would be my choice. Would be a good appointment in my view.

I like Ramsey but it seems like too much of a risk for what is a huge appointment.

Buckingham would be my choice out of those. I like the romantic choice of having Ramsey being Cardiff boy but don't think the time is right for him yet

Rambo could be to do with what kind contract hes willing or wants to take...seriously doubt if its the job itself maybe just a role within coaching team?

Does Tan then interview via video? Does he fly them over? Does he fly to London and meet them there? Or just read the briefing notes?
