Let's put a few points for consideration.

Two years ago Lamouchi managed his last game in charge of Cardiff City. He was left hanging on and hanging on, until finally, he was told he wouldn't be given the Managers job for the following year. During that time, plans could have been made for player recruitment, a pre season agenda etc, but we were left in limbo

Bulut was brought in. After one year, he was also left in limbo not told until the last moment that he would get a contract. In the meantime again, we were left rudderless, nobody to organise recruitment and no pre season planned

Riza was given the job on a temporary basis, we were left for an agonising, what, 70 days? before he was appointed. My personal opinion was that we did not interview anyone for the job in the meantime, and he was given the job on the run of drastically poor results.

Riza could and should have been fired a lot earlier, but he was kept on until it was way to late and his token sacking three games before the end of the season, was a pitiful ploy at winning over the fans.

Now? We have another summer. No manager, no pre season planned, no recruitment plans when others are already underway, nobody with footballing knowledge or authority to assess our retained list. Again, we may make an appointment so late that we miss out on important pre season schedules.

My petition is that an owner should not leave a football club stranded at times when planning is required. No manager, no leader, no thoughts, no idea, no pre season, and left with the 'remainder of players' not snapped up by other clubs.

Whatever you consider 'change to be', please sign. Its not my decision to say if Tan is a fit and proper owner of a football club, but to me? it looks like we head into every year at a complete and distinct disadavantge, and I believe the FL should consider how this looks to them, and how and if they feel it puts us as a club at an unfair disadvantage.

Thanks to everyone who has signed. We really need this to hit home to Tan and as such it's imperative this succeeds.

Please share it with friends, supporters of other clubs, family, work colleagues. If all 280 odd signatures in the 24 hrs live, got just 4 people to sign were up to 1000 immediately.

This is the pre cursor to protests and demonstrations when the friendlies start back.

Is this a begging message? I'd like to think it shouldn't be. SO MANY FANS WANT TAN OUT! LETS SHOW IT IN OUR PETITION.

Thank you for signatures.... We so much need the help of everyone who has signed. If you have signed, can you please share on all of your social media, and have family, friends and work colleagues sign up also.

This is an observation not a critisicm, but I am surprised that whilst there have been over 4000 views of this topic, we only have 375 signatures?

Now, the increase is steady and regular, and to disregard it after a few days would be premature. However I would have thought the numbers calling for Tan to go would have meant more signatures.

Until the pre season starts and we can get visual opposition, we need everyone if the can to at least take just one click and share or, ensure that as many that are willing to sign from immediate contacts have signed.
